Can I use my current cell phone number with Lux Mobile?
Yes, you can use your existing phone number with Lux Mobile. Keep your phone number active with your current service provider until you’ve activated service with Lux Mobile. Then, call 611 for assistance in moving your phone number to Lux Mobile. Before you call Customer Care, you will need the billing address, account number, and the password or PIN number associated with the phone number you want to keep. Be sure this information is accurate, or the phone number port will fail, and you may even lose the phone number.
What features are included?
All Lux Mobile plans include Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voicemail, 5GB of mobile hotspot and 3 Way Calling (additional airtime charges apply)

What network is Lux Mobile on?
Lux Mobile Unity Wireless is a Nationwide 4G LTE/5G network. You will get to enjoy fast speeds and great coverage at ZERO cost to you!
What is the Free Tablet offer?
Under the Affordable Connectivity Program or ACP eligible Lux Mobile customers will get to enjoy a new 4G LTE/5G tablet, along with FREE Unlimited service. The tablet comes with most of the updated/newest capabilities. ACP subscribers must pay a one-time co-pay as low as $11. Please note the tablet offer is subject to product availability and shipping days may vary.
Service
How do I ensure my service stays active?
You must use your Lux Mobile service at least once during any 30-day period by completing an outbound call, sending a text message, or using an APP.
If your service goes unused for 30 days, subject to a 15-day grace period during which you may use your service, you will no longer receive ACP benefits from Lux Mobile, and your service will be deactivated.
Can I make long distance calls?
Yes, the minutes you receive from Lux Mobile are nationwide. You can use your service to make calls anywhere in the domestic US without incurring any additional charges.
Are there any contracts or hidden fees with LuxMobileUSA's ACP services?

commitments or unexpected charges.
Can I call Toll-Free Numbers?
You can call toll free numbers (800, 888, 877, etc.) however airtime minutes will be deducted from your allotment of minutes for the duration of the call.
